Allan Ssewanyana, the Makindye West Member of Parliament couldn't make it into the premises of the International Crimes Division of the High Court in Kololo, Kampala, Uganda due to ill health.

The legislator was ferried to the Court in a white Alphard vehicle on Monday morning.
