Dr Oscar Kambona is a senior partner and tax lawyer at Kampala Associated Advocates. He served as legal advisor to the Commissioner General, URA (2002-2003). He was also a Consultant at the Tax Appeals Tribunal from July 1998 to December 1998. He was a Principal Lecturer in Revenue Law and Taxation at the Law Development Centre, Kampala.
